How can I find my device's IMEI number.
There are a few places that you can find the IMEI number. On most phones it is printed either on the back of the phone near the bottom or on the sim tray. You can also find it using the dial pad and entering *#06#.
Where can I find my closest Fone Revive store?
That's a good question! To find your closest store, simply head to the store locator and type in your postcode on the map.
Do you test any of your devices and do they have any warranty?
Yes, all of our devices have been tested fully. All previous data has been removed and it has been reset back to factory settings. All of our devices come with a 30 days hardware warranty and a 12 month software warranty.
What do I get when I buy a phone from you?
All of our devices come with a charging/data cable and a sim tool if needed.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept credit or debit cards and paypal.
How long does your repairs take?
A repair can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few working days depending on the damage. If the repair is done instore, most problems can be sorted out the same day. For our postal repair service, this can take up to 4 working days.
